Flavia Kawazoe Cabral
Cabral has over 10 years of experience at IBM as the Global Product Design Lead. She is currently a UX Design Specialist in Samsung's Research and Development laboratory.

Majoring in Marketing Strategy at ESPM, with a post-graduate in Information Architecture and UX, Cabral is certified in UX and Interaction Design by Nilsen Norman Group, and Design Thinking Coach by IBM. She is a co-founder of a volunteer project that aims to help women transition careers and enter the job market as a UX Designer.

Makson Serpa
Senior Product Designer at Canadian fintech Wingocard
Serpa worked for large companies like Movile, where he was a part of the PlayKids brand and joined Pipefy when the company had only 17 people. He also worked at Hopper, one of the 50 most innovative companies in the world in the travel segment, according to Fast Company.

Serpa got his post-graduate in UX Design and has spent the last eight years working in the digital market with digital platforms, applications, and web projects. Today he works as a Product Designer at Wingocard, a fintech startup that is being built from scratch in Montréal, Canada. With the help of Figma, he develops a financial education project for young people through the creation of a different digital bank.
Conrado Cotomácio
Cotomácio works as Concept Lead at the Jüssi agency (WPP Group - the largest communication company in the world associated with the Ogilvy network) and professor of the UX/UI course at the British School of Design.

Previously, he worked in major global and national agencies such as McCann Worldgroup, Tudo, Riot, and Memo. He also worked for large companies such as Spotify, L'Oréal, Absolut, Google, Microsoft, Itaú, Nike, Pepsico, among others.

Rodrigo Lemes
Head of UX at DesignTeam
Lemes was the Design Manager at Movile; he oversaw Samsung's user experience area, acting as Design Lead. He was also responsible for the UX area of Itaú bank, with more than 30 designers under his leadership.

He has a degree in Advertising, specializing in Design Management and Digital Marketing, seeking to promote design and technology as tools to improve the user experience. Lemes trains design teams and has a YouTube channel called Design Team, where he addresses subjects such as career, books, design tools, leadership, and other tips in the area.
